Members include:  Blazing Star Chorale, Butler Little Theater, Butler Symphony, Midwestern Arts & Humanities, Musical Theatre Guild, Musician's Concert Band, Notables Barbershop Chorus, Penn Theater, Sing Hosanna!, Strand Theater, and Succop Theater.  The Butler Arts Council organizes the annual "Ring in the Arts", New Year's Eve event.
