Aubrey’s Dubbs Dred is a semi-private golf course on a manicured 130 acre setting of trees, streams and hills, and is minutes from downtown Butler, Pennsylvania! The course is the perfect place for any golf enthusiast. This 18 hole championship course is one of the most competitive and well-conditioned courses in the Tri-State area.

The facility includes a newly remodeled clubhouse with bar and food.

The par-70 championship all-bent grass layout features multiple tees, ample fairways and large undulating greens. Designed by Bill Love, it is one of Butler County’s newest courses. Two putting greens, grass tee driving range and practice bunker complete the outdoor amenities. The clubhouse includes a full-service golf shop, pub & grill, banquet and meeting facilities. Located minutes from the PA Turnpike and I-79, only 30 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh.”

hiland_golfcourse.jpgThis course was built on rolling terrain and has water hazards coming into play on a few holes. There are numerous trees that can alter your shots, and twenty-five well-positioned sand bunkers incorporated into the design. The signature hole is number 18, a 465-yard, par four, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg right fairway that plays uphill from tee to green.

Lake Arthur Country Club is an 18-hole public course that offers a fair challenge to players of any skill level. The course has been recently renovated to add new lakes, tee-to-green irrigation and additional tee placements. It boasts one of the levelest tracks in Western Pennsylvania. At least your "good walk ruined" won't be a result of climbing hilly terrain. Of course, golf carts are available.

 

Oakview Golf Club is one of Butler County's most well kept secrets. Formerly Armco Country Club ( a private facility for nearly 50 years), Oakview offers an excellent golf course in a semi-private golf club setting at very affordable prices!

Oakview has a variety membership options for individuals and families. Special categories are available for spouses, juniors, and college students. Additionally, corporations have the benefit of a plan that affords great opportunities for entertaining employees, colleagues, or clients on the course or in our restaurant.

 

Pheasant Ridge, Inc. features a par 71, 18-hole golf course with open, tree-lined fairways. The course is located in Gibsonia and is open year-round. Pheasant Ridge also has amenities such as a practice range, a 9-hole chip and putt course and a junior golf camp.

 

St Jude Golf Club, a challenging 18 holes of golf. A private club open to non-member play during the week. St Jude ranks among one of the top courses in Butler County and in Western Pennsylvania according to The Pittsburgh Business Times 2008 Book of Lists. It's slope rating of 138 and course rating of 73.3 attest to it's quality. Nestled in rural Chicora, it is a rolling course with tree-lined fairways and some of the finest greens you will ever putt on. It is a course that will be enjoyed by all skill levels from any of the four tees.

 

Strawberry Ridge is a public golf course in Western Pennsylvania located approximately two miles north of Zelienople, and only a short drive from Pittsburgh.  Just off Route 19 in Lancaster Township, Butler County, Strawberry Ridge offers challenging flat fairways with large inviting greens designed to accommodate all skill levels of play.
The God-given beauty of the surrounding countryside provides a scenic environment for all that love the sport of golf.  Come experience our 18 hole championship course measuring over 6000 yds at a Par of 70.
Our facility also has a driving range featuring natural grass tees and target holes of varying lengths.

 

Nestled in the rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania, this exquisite public golf course sits a stone's throw from Route 8. Our rolling contoured fairways guide you to our "postage stamp" greens. Most of the holes are tree lined, and will provide an exciting challenge for all, regardless of handicap. It has many features that set it apart from other golf courses. For one, it has an even distribution of challenge and forgiveness.

 

The purpose of this association is the promotion of flying disc sports and games.  This purpose shall be achieved through events, programs and publications dedicated to public education, community involvement and other related charitable purposes. 

The group plays disc golf regularly at the course at Moraine State Park.
