Butler County is a disc golfer’s paradise with three championship disc golf courses located at Moraine State Park, Slippery Rock University, and Cranberry Township’s North Boundary Park. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, there is something for you at each course.
All of our courses have three different level tees for ranging difficulties and a variety of terrains and foliage. There is even a learn-to-play course, a previous PDGA World Championship Course, and one of the ten longest courses in the world!

Lakeview Disc Golf Course
Lakeview Disc Golf Course certainly lives up to its name with gorgeous views of Lake Arthur from above and a variety of trees and other greenery. No two holes on this course are the same with varying terrain and forest to keep it interesting. While beautiful, a day spent on this course won’t be easy. You’ll get a rewarding workout and some challenging practice. You can treat yourself for all your hard work with a visit to the park’s beach & snack bar, open Memorial Day through Labor Day!

North Boundary Park Championship Disc Golf Course
North Boundary Park Championship Disc Golf Course is the longest disc golf course in Pennsylvania. In fact, it is one of the ten longest in the world! Its challenging terrain covers elevation changes, tight fairways and lots of trees to navigate around. As Butler County’s newest disc golf course, you can be sure you are getting an amazing experience whether you are just getting familiar with the sport on the learn-to-play course or looking for a new challenge with their two miles of nature trails.

- Directions: On N. Boundary Rd, the park is on the right in 0.6 mile. Turn into the park and stay left at the fork. Follow the road all the way around and park by the baseball field in the southernmost parking lot.

Slippery Rock University Disc Golf Course
Slippery Rock University Disc Golf Course is located on the edge of the beautiful Slippery Rock University campus. Much like the campus itself, you’ll find the course containing a fair number of hills and some trees. You will also have the challenge of navigating water shots with ponds matching those throughout the university. Enjoy this wonderful course tucked pleasantly within a small town university campus!
