Echoes From Our Past Historic Cemetery Walk

Echoes From Our Past-Historic Cemetery Walk brings history to life through costumed actors portraying the intriguing characters of Butler County’s ancestors in the midst of the North Side Cemetery.
Don’t miss your opportunity to enjoy these beautiful grounds and learn about the people who contributed to the area’s rich and unique history. Be sure to wear your walking shoes. Bring your family and friends to participate in this new, fascinating, outdoor theater program.

This walk does not consist of any ghost stories but offers facts and interesting information about the history of the Butler area and her citizens.

We will pay tribute to our veterans from various wars during this year's walk.

Tour lasts approximately 1¾ hours

Tour Times:
2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18
2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19

Tour will take place at the North Side Cemetery, 1002 N. Main St.

Tickets: Will be available for sale, starting March 20!

Tickets can be purchased online at or at the Butler County Historical Society Office in the Senator Walter Lowrie House, 123 W. Diamond Street, Butler.
