A new partnership revives an on-going tradition as Cranberry Township partners with Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber (PNRC) to bring the Farmer’s Market back starting July 10.
The Cranberry Twp. Farmer’s Market will open this Friday, with more than a dozen vendors, at the Cranberry Twp. Municipal Building at 2525 Rochester Road. Vendors consist of produce, honey and coffee farmers; an assortment of retail food vendors as well as other products and services. Food trucks and local breweries will be making an appearance and fun activities will be scheduled through the season.
“The Cranberry’s Farmers Market has been a staple in the Cranberry area for the past few years.” Said Jim Boltz, President of the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber.“It is a great way for our fabulous farmers and merchants to connect with the community. It is a family fun way to shop local. The PNRC is excited to be a part of this event.”
The Farmer’s Market will be held every Friday from 3-7 PM through October 23rd. All vendors and organizers will be adhering to CDC guidelines for maintaining the safety of the community.
