The YMCA is thrilled to host the 48th Annual Butler Road Race on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
2023 Online and In-house Registration will be opening soon,
and we will be offering day-of registration at 7:30 AM on June 24.
The Butler Road Race 5 Mile* race starts at 9:00 AM, with the 2k beginning at 9:05 AM.
T-SHIRTS GUARANTEED ONLY IF REGISTERED BY APRIL 29, 2023!
The race starts at 9 AM sharp in Diamond Park in
downtown Butler, across from the County Courthouse.
We will have water stations along the course but encourage you to bring your own water to ensure you stay extra hydrated. Please note that the roads along the course will be closed from
8:15 AM – 11 AM and will be patrolled by local CB Rangers and City Police.
If there is an emergency, call 9-1-1.
Packet Pick-Up is open from 3 – 6 PM in the Butler Y Lobby on Friday, June 23. If you’re unable to pick up your packet at that time, day-of packet pick-up begins at 7:30 AM. ALL PACKETS REMAINING AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT WILL BE DONATED. Packets will not be stored for pick-up at a later date.
If you know someone interested in signing up for this year's race, we are offering day-of registration from 7:30 AM – 9 AM in Diamond Park. Day-of registration is: 5 Mile is $40, 2k is $35, and the Kids Race (2k or 5 Mi) is $15. Cash or check ONLY!
100% of the proceeds stay local! The Annual Support Campaign funds programs and services for children, families, and seniors in Butler County to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, income, and background, can learn, grow, and thrive.
If the 2023 events are canceled for any reason, no refunds will be offered, and no rain date is scheduled. No deferrals or transfers are offered.
