30 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS ENTERS FIFTH YEAR WITH RECORD-BREAKING DONATIONS
Local businesses donated over $6,000 in prizes for the Bureau’s award-winning holiday promotional campaign, “Butler County Tourism’s 30 Days of Giveaways”
BUTLER COUNTY, PA (November 22, 2021) – Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau is kicking off the holiday season with record-breaking donations for its award-winning holiday promotional campaign, “Butler County Tourism’s 30 Days of Giveaways”. Over $6,000 worth of prizes have been donated by local tourism partners, which will be featured within generous prize packages.
Giveaways start on Friday, November 26 and run through Saturday, December 25. The Bureau will highlight different regions of the county weekly with giveaways featured mostly on Fridays. Prizes range from overnight accomodations, gift certificates to local shops and restaurants, golf passes, spa services, jewelry, a designer bag, gift baskets, art classes and more. Throughout the campaign, people will learn even more about Butler County and many of the businesses that call it home.
This year the campaign will be shared on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Contestants will be directed to our website, www.visitbutlercounty.com/30-days-of-giveaways to be entered into the contest, giving more people the opportunity to win. Prize packages will be divided by regions with the addition of a grand prize. Contestants can submit one entry per prize package throughout the course of the campaign.
This is the 5th year of the program, and it has been a huge success. In 2019, Butler County Tourism’s 30 Days of Giveaways was awarded Pennsylvania Restaurant and Lodging Associations (PRLA) “Spirit of Hospitality Campaign of the Year.”
Throughout the last five years, thousands of people have taken part in our campaign. Many have shared their personal recommendations and experiences of local business, which has led to more people visiting our tourism partners for the first time. The campaign has also given the community something to look forward to.”This is an amazing display of generosity. We are fortunate to live in such a wonderful county. With the year we have all experienced it’s beautiful to see goodness, and people still being kind and giving toward others.”
“We are thrilled to see the growth of this program over the past five years, and it’s a great way for people to learn about the local businesses in the county. Now, more than ever is the time to shop locally as the future of Butler County businesses depends on each of us.” said Jack Cohen, President of Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau.
