We have been servicing the special event industry for over 30 years and are a full-service concessionaire and caterer offering special events and a vast array of services. Our company is made up of multiple divisions, each working together to offer our clients quality food and beverage concessions, quality catering, the most modern and innovative concessions, event support equipment and experienced and professional special event promotion and production services.
Over the last 30 years Seivers has grown from a small weekend hobby into one of the premier food and beverage companies along the east coast. We currently are servicing venues from 5,000 patrons, to large scale festivals of more than 150,000. Our equipment is some of the best on the market, our commercial vehicles our meticulously maintained and cleaned in order to assure a prompt and professional arrival to all events. Our proud and professional staff has been trained in all facets of the special events industry, from being SERV-SAFE Certified to contributing to our ever expanding menu through new culinary techniques. As we look back to 1980, the Seivers that comes to your Special Event today, with our Signature Drinks and unique regional food choices, is not the same one that started selling 10 candy apples a day at flea markets.
