Popped Envy Gourmet Popcorn was started by food allergy mom, Cathy Burnheimer in August 2018. After a successful career as a cake artist where she was featured and won , Winner Cake All on the Food Network, Cathy continued her passion in the food industry. With 1 in 13 children now having food allergies, Cathy saw a need in her daughter's school fundraising program, for a more inclusive product. From that need, Popped Envy was born and has grown and expanded into both the e-commerce world, as well as corporate gifts and favors. Cathy looks forward to seeing Popped Envy at upcoming fairs and Festivals as well.
