Over the past 13+ years the owners of Burghers Brewing Co. have created a fun, equitable and fulfilling work environment by focusing on their employees needs first. Experience is welcome however there is absolutely NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY as we hire based on your character, aptitude and willingness to be a team player.
All full time employees (32 hours a week) will receive healthcare at no cost after 90 days and 3 paid personal/sick days. Healthcare coverage is the Gold plan through UPMC. We love having employee parties, and offer free after shift beers (21 or older) along with employee meals and much more!
Eligibility requirements for full-time employees or as followed. You must have open availability including evenings & weekends. Must have the ability to stand, walk and move throughout the entire shift including frequent bending.

Each individual plays a key role in the success of Burghers Brewing Co. and we fully believe and understand that. We also understand that you have a life outside of work. We respect that and we ask you to not let the two overlap during your shifts.

COOKS: We are looking to fill full time and part time positions to keep up with our growing demand. Lunch shifts are from 9am to 3 or 4pm. Dinner shifts are 3pm to 9, 10 0r 11. Pay starts between $15-$18 an hour and is reviewed every 6 months.

We ask anybody who's interested to come hang out with us for a couple hours, talk to the staff, eat some of our food and try some of our beer (21 or older). We feel this is a great way to get to know each other before making any long-term commitments.
