Every Tuesday beginning May 7th is our live Oyster Shucking Nights on the rooftop bar! Our Mother Shuckers will be shucking oysters for you and have various accompaniments for your oyster eating pleasure!

Our oysters are sourced from the Malpeque Bay, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Canada. They're 3"-3.25" in size with a meaty texture, medium brine, and slightly sweet finish. These North Shore oysters are a delicious choice wild oyster from the cold, nutrient rich waters of Malpeque Bay, Canada.
